Effective 10 September 2026. Last updated 10 September 2026.
Leigh Amor, LLC is a brand portfolio company based in Cowlitz County, Washington. This policy is issued by Leigh Amor, LLC and applies to the websites, applications and services listed in section 2.
Postal enquiries and privacy requests may be sent to us by email at info@leighamor.com. We will provide a postal address on request.
This policy covers leighamor.com and the brand pages hosted on it, together with the following products and their websites:
It does not cover third-party websites we link to. It does not cover Flash Dam, MG Building Supply or MG Sales, which are separate businesses.
| Category | What it includes, and why |
|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, business name, email address, telephone number, mailing address. Collected when you enquire, order, subscribe or become a customer. |
| Account and licence data | Licence keys, terminal identifiers, device identifiers, plan and renewal dates. Needed to operate and support what you bought. |
| Payment information | Processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of a card and billing contact details. We never see or store full card numbers. |
| Operational records (LinePilot) | See section 4. |
| Support and correspondence | Emails, support requests, diagnostic reports you send us, and notes of calls. |
| Technical data | IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and error logs. Used for security, diagnostics and to keep the sites working. |
We collect personal information: directly from you (enquiry and order forms, the SMS sign-up form, support emails, account setup); from your employer, where a restaurant sets up staff records on a LinePilot terminal it operates; automatically from your device or terminal (IP address, browser and device type, error and diagnostic logs); and from our service providers (for example Stripe confirming a payment, or Fully Cloud reporting that a terminal is offline).
We do not knowingly collect government identification numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or information about race, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions, union membership or immigration status.
We do not collect or process biometric information. LinePilot photographs are ordinary images and are not used to identify anyone automatically — see section 5. Because we do not collect sensitive personal information, there is no use of it for you to limit.
LinePilot is a terminal a restaurant mounts in its own kitchen. It records the work that restaurant's own staff do.
The restaurant is the employer and controls its employees' records. Leigh Amor, LLC processes those records on the restaurant's behalf, to provide the service. If you are a member of staff at a business using LinePilot and you want your records corrected or removed, ask your employer first — they hold the account. We will support any lawful request they make.
Records are stored on the terminal itself. A daily archive and a periodic encrypted-in-transit backup are sent to the email address and cloud account nominated by the restaurant. Those destinations are chosen by the restaurant, not by us.
LinePilot captures ordinary photographs. It does not create biometric identifiers.
A photograph is taken at clock-in and clock-out, and on some task completions, so that a record can be attributed to a person. The image is stored as a small photograph and shown to the employer alongside the record.
We do not perform facial recognition. We do not compute, derive or store face geometry, faceprints, templates, vectors or any other mathematical representation of a person's face or body. No image is used to identify a person automatically, and no image is used to train any model.
This was a deliberate design decision. Face-geometry templates are regulated as biometric identifiers under several state laws, and they are not necessary to do the job the photograph does.
Employers using LinePilot are responsible for telling their staff that photographs are captured, and for obtaining any consent their state or local law requires.
Where a Leigh Amor brand sends text messages, they are operational messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging carrier needed to deliver the message to your handset, and are never shared for any other purpose.
Full terms are at LinePilot SMS Terms.
We send transactional email — receipts, licence keys, reports, archives, alerts and support replies — through Brevo. Where we send an occasional business update, every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from updates does not stop transactional email you need to run your account.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We share information only with service providers who need it to deliver what you asked for, and only for that purpose:
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing and licence purchases |
| Brevo | Transactional email delivery |
| Telnyx | Text message delivery |
| Fully Kiosk / Fully Cloud | Remote management of LinePilot terminals |
| GoDaddy | Website and application hosting |
| Google Firebase | Hosting and authentication for Sill CRM |
| Apple | App distribution for LumiCanvas |
Each of these is a service provider acting on our instructions for the purpose named, and is contractually limited to that purpose. The categories disclosed to them for a business purpose are contact details, account and licence data, and — for Fully Cloud and Brevo — the operational records needed to deliver a report or manage a terminal.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of a business — in which case this policy continues to apply until it is replaced by one at least as protective.
In the statutory language used by California and other state privacy laws: in the preceding twelve months we have not sold personal information, and we have not shared personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use rented, purchased or third-party opt-in lists for any messaging program.
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| LinePilot records on a terminal | Approximately 30 days on the device; the daily archive goes to the restaurant, which decides how long to keep it |
| LinePilot cloud backup | Approximately 14 days |
| Licence, order and payment records | As long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes |
| Support correspondence | Up to 3 years |
| Server and diagnostic logs | Rotated regularly; not retained long-term |
| SMS consent records | For as long as you are opted in, and afterwards as evidence that consent was given and withdrawn |
Our websites and applications are served over HTTPS. Administrative areas are password-protected, and sensitive directories are placed outside the public web root. Payment card data never reaches our systems. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.
You may ask us to:
Two ways to reach us: email info@leighamor.com, or telephone 360-703-2960. We will acknowledge within 10 days and respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days where a request is complex, telling you why.
To protect you, we will verify your identity before acting — usually by matching the email address or telephone number already on your record, and for a staff record by confirming the request with your employer.
Authorised agents. You may use an authorised agent. We will ask the agent for written permission signed by you, and we may still ask you to verify your own identity directly.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You will not be denied service, charged a different price, or given a lower quality of service.
Two rights that other companies commonly list do not apply to us, and we say so plainly rather than leaving you to guess: there is no opt-out of sale or sharing, because we do neither; and there is no right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, because we do not collect any.
If you are a member of staff at a restaurant using LinePilot, your employer holds your records — please make requests to them, and we will assist them in fulfilling those requests.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others, have these rights by statute and may appeal a refusal by replying to our response. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in those categories.
Our sites use only the cookies needed to make pages work and to keep administrative areas secure. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run cross-site tracking pixels. Your browser can block or delete cookies; parts of the administrative areas will not work if you do.
Our products are sold to businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. A LinePilot terminal may hold records for a lawfully employed minor — those records belong to the employer and are treated exactly as any other staff record.
We will update this policy when our practices change, and the effective date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
