Rose Valley is a stretch of country in the foothills southwest of Mount St. Helens — rolling acreage, big skies, and neighbors who still wave from the road. We started Rose Valley Provisions because guests at Noodle Palace were longing to bring some flavors home. We made it happen. The Katzenberger family — kids and grandkids. Recipes born in Rose Valley, grown and bottled locally.
