It all started over twenty years ago in a backyard packed with friends and family. The ribs were perfectly smoked, but the store-bought sauce was aggressively boring. Stepping up to the grill, Big T raided the pantry to save dinner. With a hungry crowd shouting suggestions — “Needs more kick!” “Perfect, don’t touch it!” — he mixed two legendary, tangy blends forged by a literal family committee.
Today, that backyard chaos has found a home at Rose Valley Provisions. The operations have grown, but the crew remains exactly the same: 100% family-run.
