The oldest business under Leigh Amor is a kitchen that has been feeding the Clark County Fair since 1974. The newest is an app. What connects them is not the product — it is how they are run.
Every brand here was started, built and is still run by the Katzenberger family, and most of them began as a problem we had first. Guests at Noodle Palace kept asking to take the flavors home, so we bottled them.
How it grew
Fifty-two years apart, run the same way.
Leigh Amor · Cowlitz County, Washington
We bring people in like family and make sure everyone is having an elevated day by the time they are done — the crew behind the counter as much as the guest in front of it. A fair kitchen since 1974, a syrup line, and software. Same rule at every one.
How we run every one of them
The businesses have nothing in common. The way we run them does.Guests and crew, treated the same way. If the people behind the counter are not having a good day, the guest can tell.
Eating at the fair, ordering from the truck, opening the CRM on a Tuesday morning — each one is designed on purpose, not left to chance.
The only measure that matters. Not the transaction — whether the day was better for having stopped.
