How it works

You already do the debrief. It just disappears.

Every rep replays the call in their head on the drive to the next stop. Sill CRM listens to that, and turns it into records before the memory fades.

1 — Talk, don't type

Pull out of the lot and start talking. Taylor interviews you with structured follow-up questions. You answer naturally.

2 — Sill extracts the gold

Names, emails, dates, deal signals, commitments. No forms, no fields, no drop-downs to tab through at a stoplight.

3 — Everything is waiting for you

Contacts logged, tasks created, reminders set, and the follow-up email drafted — before you reach the next appointment.

The core four

What's live today for beta testers. No puffery — just what it does.

Signature feature — instant follow-up drafting

Gatekeeper says “email John for an appointment.” Taylor writes the email before you leave the parking lot.

In a cold call or drop-in visit, every second of momentum matters. The moment you debrief, Sill CRM extracts who to contact and what to say — and drafts a ready-to-send email or text for your review. No gold sits.

  • Cold call follow-up: gatekeeper gives you a name and email → Taylor drafts the intro automatically
  • Meeting recap: agreed to send a proposal → Taylor drafts it with your debrief details
  • Intro request: need to loop in procurement → Taylor drafts the intro to both parties
  • Text option: prefer a quick text → Taylor drafts that instead

Questions

Straight answers

What is Sill CRM?

A voice-first CRM built for field sales. Instead of typing notes into a CRM at the end of the day, you debrief out loud — usually on the drive to your next stop — and Sill CRM turns that into contacts, tasks, reminders, and a drafted follow-up email.

Do I need a car to use it?

No. Sill CRM runs as a full app on iPhone anywhere. The in-car Bluetooth mode is an option, not a requirement — it routes audio through your vehicle's existing speakers and microphone so you can debrief hands-free without extra hardware.

Do I have to type anything?

No forms, no fields, no typing. Taylor interviews you with structured follow-up questions and extracts the data points from your answers. You review the drafts before anything is sent.

Does it send emails without me seeing them?

No. Sill CRM drafts the email or text and holds it for your review. You approve before anything goes out.

Does it sync with Salesforce or HubSpot?

Not yet. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics sync are on the roadmap, and beta users vote on which ships first.

Can I use it today?

Sill CRM is in active beta with 20 reps using it in the field. Beta access is open — join through the beta signup and you'll also get a vote on what ships next.
